A proven background in residential property sales.
Familiarity with Barreiro, Margem Sul or the wider Lisbon property market.
Confidence in client communication, negotiations and relationship management.
The ability to take ownership of commercial responsibilities and work effectively with project stakeholders.
Experience with new-build residential sales is a significant advantage.
