• Your name, e-mail address and, if you provide it, your phone number.
• Your answers to the questionnaire.
• Your CV, if you upload one.
• Technical data such as your IP address, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the website and to protect the form against abuse.

To assess whether you could be a fit for a possible commercial collaboration on a residential real estate development in Portugal, and to contact you about it. No decisions are made automatically.

You send us your details yourself so that we can assess a possible collaboration. We process them to take steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you submit the questionnaire, your details, answers and CV are sent as one e-mail to our business mailbox, where they are kept for the period below. The e-mail is sent by Resend. This website is hosted by Vercel; an uploaded CV is stored only briefly in private storage in Frankfurt (Germany) and deleted once the e-mail has been sent (a CV from an unfinished submission is deleted automatically later). These providers act on our behalf. If they process data outside the European Economic Area, this is done with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Retention period: Up to four weeks after the selection procedure has ended, unless another legally valid retention period applies (for example, if we start working together).

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the data protection authority in your own country, such as the Portuguese CNPD.

This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. While you fill in the questionnaire, your answers are kept in your browser's session storage so they are not lost; they are cleared when you close the tab or submit the questionnaire.
